I wanted to give everyone an update on the Edmond real estate market. Keller Williams agents are involved in 1 out of 3 sales in Edmond, so Keller Williams is a decent gauge for what is going on in the Edmond homes market. June was Keller Williams Edmond's biggest closing month EVER! If our local market was in trouble, do you think this would happen? It cannont be denied that the coastal markets are imploding...which will have some drag on our local market.
The sky however, is not falling in the Edmond housing market! Our market will always be somewhat insulated from national trends, as long as we have the best public schools in the metro, low crime, and a high quality of living that anyone transferring into the metro workforce wants to enjoy.
Edmond has always been not only a smart place to enjoy life, but a smart investment...and it will continue to be a good investment!
